Hey y’all. Just here to update you on what’s been going on!

On 2/15, I ran 2 miles again in under 19:30! Hooray :)

On 2/25, I ran 2.5 miles without stopping! Hooray

Today, I ran 2 miles, walked for .1 miles, ran .5 miles, and then decided I should run an extra .1 miles for the .1 mile walking break I took. Total running: 2.6 miles! Hooray

I haven’t been going exactly with the plan for C25K, but I do know that this program has helped me immensely. I never thought I’d be able to run 2 miles without stopping, and pretty soon here I’ll be able to do a 5k! I’m pretty stoked, and very motivated.

I can also say that the days I can actually go the longest, it’s because I’m listening to some nifty worship music. Lecrae, Trip Lee, and Andy Mineo are my boys!! Philippians 4:13

Also, I’ve decided to do cheat days on Sundays during Lent like my Dad always recommends. :P Just a little piece of chocolate or some dessert. I feel like this way, I’ll be able to sustain my healthy eating throughout the rest of the week even after Easter is over. Moderation!
